Where is For the Bay Clothing Co.?

As we begin this Journey, and the challenges we are facing as a country, we are operating as mostly an online e-commerce business.  Please follow us on Social @forthebayclothingco and you can check out what Events we will be at each month in and around Tampa Bay!  We hope to see you out in the Tampa Bay Community soon!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay.  

 

I love For the Bay gear, but what size should I order? 

Our tees will be the softest, most comfortable shirt in your closet!  Our Unisex t-shirts, and lightweight hoodies are somewhat form-fitted. If you're not sure what size to order...or are between sizes, we recommend you size up.

Our ladies tees and tank tops fit True to size!

 

I can't find my size and I REALLY want that shirt...Can you help?

We will do our absolute best to make sure anyone that wants a shirt can get a shirt!  If you can't find your size online...simply email us: forthebaydave@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!  

Will my new shirts shrink after I wash them?

Your For the Bay Clothing Co. apparel is primarily printed on a tri-blend piece (50% Polyester/25% Cotton/25% Rayon). We recommend using cold water to wash and hang dry, but it is not necessary, tumble dry on low will help prevent any shrinkage.

Do you charge sales tax for online orders?

All online orders shipping to Florida will have sales tax of your residing county applied at checkout.

How does shipping work?

At Checkout,  you can choose your choice of shipping needs.  

We also offer Free Shipping when purchasing $75 with us online!  So grab another shirt, hat, pint glass and enjoy a price break!  

 

How long do I have to wait to get my For the Bay gear?

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on business days   Monday-Friday 9am - 4pm. Orders placed on Fridays after 3pm, Saturdays and Sundays will ship on the following Monday. If you are selecting a Priority Mail option, please be aware that the shipping time starts after your order has been processed and picked up by the local USPS office for delivery. Priority Mail is an estimated delivery time and not a guarantee.

Please note: During times of high volume (i.e. Holidays, Hurricanes, etc.) our processing and shipping time may be greater than 48 hours. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS carrier issues that For the Bay Clothing Co. cannot control.

 

What do I do if I received my order and I am missing an item, I have the wrong item or it is damaged?

It is rare, but sometimes these things happen.  Please email us at: forthebaydave@gmail.com and we will make it right!  

I just got a Coupon code... can I use it on anything?

Sorry, coupons are only valid on regularly priced items, not on Sale items or Gift Cards.
