Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with USPS and are subject to their delivery procedures and timelines.  Any issues with lost/stolen mail can be directed to USPS.

For the Bay Clothing Co. is not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages.  Please make sure to add an email address and/or SMS for USPS tracking information, and that your Shipping address including Apt. # and Zip code are correct before placing order.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, your order will be canceled and refunded (minus the cost of shipping since we paid to ship the package).  You will receive email confirmation of this if you have an email on file with your order.

Please understand we're a small business so these are expenses that add up for us when asked to resend packages.
