HOLIDAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Items Purchased between November 6th and December 24th can be returned/exchanged through JANUARY 15th!
Purchaser Returns: Refunds go back to the original form of payment with proof of purchase.
Holiday Gift Returns: are NOT Eligible for a Refund! If an exchange is not found on day of return, a store credit will be issued to a Gift Card.
Anything purchased after December 24th is subject to our Standard 30 Day Return Policy(See Below)
RETURNS will NOT be done for Products that have been previously worn, washed, or damaged.
For the Bay Clothing Co. reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item being returned.
SALE COLLECTION items are still FINAL SALE during the Holiday Period and are NOT eligible for Exchange or Return.
Returns
- Returns can be made in-store or by mailing them back to us
- REFUND WINDOW: A Full refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt/order number, and unworn condition! We need receipt/order number to be able to find/locate purchase and to issue refund to purchase card.

Our Exchange/Store Credit policy is up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or an exchange.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be done for products that have been previously worn, washed, or damaged.
- All SALE Collection & $10 tee Items are FINAL, no Returns or Exchanges.
- Please Expect Longer than usual Shipping turnaround during the Holidays, we are usually out at Events, and USPS has longer than usual turnarounds.
- Priority Shipping is NOT Overnight shipping. Priority shipping simply means once package is scanned in at USPS it is usually 1-2 business days instead 3-5 business days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain tags.
- Store credit can be issued at time of return in-store to a Physical Gift Card.
- Mail your Return(s) to 4200 Henderson Blvd., Tampa, Fl 33629. When we receive the package, we will issue refund (minus the cost of shipping) as long as items are in good condition.
- If on the rare occasion your item is damaged upon receiving, you need to report the damage to For the Bay Clothing Co. within 7 days. Please keep original packaging and box with damaged item(s) as mail carrier will need to inspect. For the Bay Clothing Co. can only provide replacement after the claim has been filed.
- Gift cards are NOT refundable!
- If customer cannot provide proof or purchase or receipt, a store credit may be issued.
Sale items/Player specific/Time specific apparel
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Player specific apparel and time specific gear is not eligible for return or exchange.
- All Mystery tees & Tanks Sales are Final and not eligible for Exchange or Refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can be made in-store, if shipping your exchange back to us, please indicate what shirt and size you would like to exchange it with. Simply include $5 with your item to cover the cost of return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
